Casino General Manager/Executive General Manager


This position is responsible for all departments and their functions in the casino and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. It has overall responsibility to ensure a focus on providing excellent service, entertainment and gaming experiences for our customers.

Administration


The Administration Department assists with the casino's operations,
compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.

Marketing and Guest Services Departments


The Marketing Department develops the marketing direction for the property. The Guest Services Department facilitates and implements the marketing initiatives which are tailored to provide each guest with the highest quality of service, entertainment and casino experience.

Slot Department


The Slot Department ensures the smooth functioning and integrity
of slot operations and the payment of jackpots.

Table Games Department


The Table Games Department includes all table games, and at some casino locations oversees other departments such as the Cage, Slots, Guest Services, Food and Beverage, and Security.

VIP Service and Business Development Department


This specialized department develops and implements programs and customized services for our VIP guests.

Cage Department


The Cage Department consists of both the cashier function and the currency count function.

Each casino offers a different combination of culinary amenities such as restaurants, cafés, bars, lounges, patios, quick-serve, banquet services and room service. Our Food and Beverage team strives to provide friendly and efficient service to each and every customer.
