Palace Casino
The Palace Casino is the only casino located in West Edmonton Mall, one of the world's largest shopping and entertainment centres which features over 800 stores, 26 movie theatres, seven major entertainment attractions, five night clubs, 110 eating establishments, and more.
After undergoing a $12 million expansion and renovation in 2001, the two-story Palace casino now encompasses a total of 66,000 square feet, designed in an art deco theme complete with six hand-painted murals. It features 34 gaming tables, 696 slot machines and nine video lottery terminals, and features a renovated high limit table gaming area with a lounge and a 24-hour private poker room.
The casino also houses a full service steak house, as well as a lounge, a deli and a live entertainment stage viewable from around the fully licensed casino.
