Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited Now Recruiting and Hiring New Employees For The Grand Villa Edmonton

Interested Candidates Can Participate This Week In Local Career Fairs at NAIT and MacEwan University

 January 18, 2016 – Edmonton, AB – Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited (Gateway) will participate in two local career fairs this week to fill up to 200 jobs for the new Grand Villa Edmonton in Ice District.

Gateway is investing $32 million in the construction of Grand Villa Edmonton which will result in 450 person-years of construction employment. Scheduled to open in the Summer 2016, the Grand Villa will be a premier, upscale casino destination featuring a spectacular gaming floor with exciting entertainment and an array of dining and culinary options to suit any taste.

Gateway is seeking to fill a variety of hospitality, culinary and gaming positions. Later this year Gateway will be hiring up to 250 additional employees for the new Starlight Edmonton at the West Edmonton Mall in Fall 2016. At Starlight and Grand Villa, Gateway will hire up to 500 new employees in Edmonton over the coming year.
