BC Pay Transparency Report

Gateway Casinos & Entertainment is pleased to release its 2025 Pay Transparency Report in accordance with British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act. The report consists of aggregate data comparing the average hourly pay of a man to the average hourly pay of a woman and does not compare pay data at the individual job level. In accordance with the Act, data in respect of non-binary persons is not reflected in the report, as the number of employees who identified as non-binary during the time period of the report did not exceed the minimum number as set out in the Act.
